Tasks

We are searching for a:

TEAM LEADER

We believe that Team Leaders should represent the RICOH way philosophy on a day to day basis, therefore we look for the best talent available. The person we find should be someone who will be able to manage General Ledger team ensuring that all accounting procedures are performed to Group standards and accounting, legal and statutory requirements ensuring that maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements. More importantly you will have the following responsibilities:

  • To lead, train, coach, motivate and organize personnel to adhere to Ricoh s core values and deliver a high level of staff engagement
  • Oversee month end close processes ensuring accuracy of financial statements
  • To report any system errors to the Competency Centre and to resolve them in a timely manner
  • Manage departmental performance in line KPI s and SLA s
  • Supporting A&F activities from multiple Op Cos
  • Work with other Ricoh Shared Service entities to ensure alignment of structure, process and procedure, sharing best practice across Ricoh Shared Services and driving continuous improvement
  • Ad hoc reporting and supporting of other departmental duties during peak periods
  • Monthly statistical reporting and submission
  • To be responsible for ensuring adequate financial controls are in place including compliance with SOX and ensuring that internal and external audit requirements are met

Requirements

What we are looking for in you:

In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have previous experience within General Ledger area as well as experience in leadership. Moreover, you need know how to motivate and generate enthusiasm throughout the team, create an identity with RICOH within your team, have the ability to priorities as well as have strong stakeholder focus. Advanced English is a must as well as effective communication and finance knowledge. Moreover you should be able to manage people s performance in a positive direction.
