The Taxation and Accounts Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations. This position requires a balance of financial acumen client management skills taxation expertise and administrative expertise to ensure the smooth functioning of daytoday operations.

Job Title: Taxation and Accounts Manager

Location: Lahore Pakistan

Job Type: Parttime

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain client accounts overseeing invoicing payments and financial transactions.
  • Calculate and prepare tax returns ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines. Maintain accurate financial records related to tax obligations.
  • Collaborate with external tax consultants to address complex tax issues and optimize the agencys tax position.
  • Prepare financial reports budgets and forecasts to track and analyze the agencys financial performance.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their financial requirements and address any accountrelated queries.
  • Collaborate with the creative and accounts teams to ensure client satisfaction and adherence to financial goals.
  • Supervise administrative functions including office management facilities and general administrative support.
  • Implement and maintain efficient filing systems for financial and administrative documentation with a focus on taxrelated records.
  • Oversee payroll processes and employee expense reimbursements ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with vendors and negotiate contracts for office supplies services and equipment.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Any other task/duty assigned by the line manager.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience of a minimum of 45 years in a similar role.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HR functions including onboarding and policy enforcement.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Negotiation skills for vendor contracts and costeffective procurement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements particularly in relation to tax obligations.
