• Demonstrated Expertise:
  
• Showcase proven experience in international taxation specifically focusing on clients originally from Israel.
  
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  
• Possess extensive knowledge of tax regulations pertaining to individuals with bank accounts pension accounts and ownership of shares in Israel.
  
• Specialized Tax Forms:
  
• Demonstrate indepth knowledge and handson experience with specialized tax forms including but not limited to Form 1116 Form 2555 Form 1114 and Form 8938.
  
• Filing Requirements:
  
• Ensure familiarity with filing requirements for foreign bank accounts foreign pension accounts and foreign financial accounts outside of the US.
  
• Client Transition Management:
  
• Capably handle clients moving from Israel to the US during the tax year understanding the unique challenges associated with reporting income earned in both countries.
  
• Exclusions and Credits:
  
• Utilize expertise to secure exclusions from income on Form 2555 or obtain foreign tax credits on Form 1116 for income earned outside the US.
  
• Form 5471 Filing:
  
• Demonstrate knowledge of and the ability to file Form 5471 for clients who own shares of Israeli entities or other foreign entities.
  

• Proven experience in tax return preparation with a focus on international taxation.
  
• Strong knowledge of RSUs Options Real Estate transactions and relevant tax forms.
  
• Familiarity with the nuances of Form 1116 Form 2555 Form 1114 Form 8938 and Form 5471.
  
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and address their unique tax needs.
  
• Ability to adapt to changing tax regulations and stay updated on the latest developments in the field.
