Position: Sr./Executive/Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

Location Mumbai

Purpose:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Isprava you will be responsible for identifying attracting and securing toptier talent to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce and driving our companys growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.
  • Source screen and engage candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking and referrals.
  • Manage end to end Talent Acquisition process i.e. right from Requisition state to Joining.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in developing and refining job descriptions and interview processes to attract highquality candidates.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate data and streamline recruitment procedures.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to onboard and integrate new hires effectively.
  • Work on projects reengineering of process and bring innovative solutions to the challenges

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 48yrs experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role within the real estate/Hospitality industry.
  • Indepth knowledge of recruitment techniques sourcing strategies and candidate assessment methods.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Passion for real estate and understanding of industry trends is a plus.
