Talent Acquisition Specialist

This is a fulltime onsite role with one of our Clients ( Large Education Company) for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Kolkata. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for fulllife cycle recruiting including hiring employer branding interviewing and recruiting. They will work closely with businesses to understand their talent needs and utilize data and assessment science to predict the future success of candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in fulllife cycle recruiting including hiring and interviewing
• Knowledge of employer branding strategies
• Strong recruiting skills

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

• Familiarity with datadriven recruitment practices
• Experience in utilizing predictive analytics for talent acquisition
