Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) preferred.
Minimum of 12 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a focus on the BFSI sector. Prior experience working for banks financial institutions or insurance companies is highly desirable.
Proven track record of successfully sourcing attracting and hiring top talent within the BFSI domain including roles such as banking professionals financial advisors insurance agents risk analysts etc.
Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends job roles and skill requirements. Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards is a plus.
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationships with candidates hiring managers and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) HRIS and other recruitment software/tools. Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
