The Role
We re looking for Talent Acquisition Internship to help our company discover and acquire excellent employees across Sales Marketing and Product among other business functions. The candidate will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover topquality talent build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with stakeholders and will act as an administrative partner to employees and management. The internship period would be 3 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with the hiring managers panel members and other internal team members to coordinate the recruitment and hiring the new employee
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews for candidates while ensuring good candidate experience
- Coordinating for the endtoend interview process (via WA Phone Gmeet Zoom MS Teams etc)
- Creating job posts assisting with the screening of resumes and sharing effective feedback and updates with the candidates
- Preparation of reports and dashboards updating data as and when needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- 01 years of similar experience(s) are preferred; Freshers can apply
- Graduate/PostGraduation required
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and candidates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications MS Word PowerPoint MS Excel etc
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
