Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract highquality candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters providing guidance support and coaching to ensure team success.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions and selection criteria.
  • Utilize a variety of recruiting methods including social media job boards networking and employee referrals to source candidates.
  • Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidates to determine fit for specific roles and the organization.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews coordinating candidate assessments and extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors to supplement internal recruiting efforts when necessary.
  • Develop and implement metrics to track recruiting effectiveness including timetofill costperhire and candidate satisfaction.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

  • Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruiting strategies in a fastpaced environment.
    • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize recruiting tools and technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations with a commitment to maintaining compliance throughout the recruitment process.
    • Highly organized and detailoriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    • Creative problem solver with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach to recruiting challenges.
