1. Implementation Engineer: 6pm 3 am 1 position
Must have good experience in DICOM and HL7 standards
Must have experience working in enterprise level Healthcare application.
Must have handson experience in Installing configuring and onboarding new customers to PACS RIS and billing product lines.
Must have experience in migrating data from DICOM compliant vendors or private data repository to PACS.
Must have experience in troubleshooting and testing the performance and validating the missing studies or failed migrations.
Good experience in generating scripts and write quick tools to parse data and make day to day process simpler.
Be proactive and strive towards efficiency in delivering excellence to customer onboarding experience.
Working in night shift is mandatory since the customers are highly US based.
Have basic knowledge of any relational database and can build basic queries and functions.
2. Technical Support: 6pm 3 am 2 positions
Must have good troubleshooting experience in detecting system performance issues (both windows and linux)
Good knowledge in DICOM and HL7 standards.
Must have experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise level healthcare application.
Must know usage of system performance monitoring tools and system configurations.
Must have basic programming skills to analyse and debug existing implementation to find issues.
Must have good database maintenance skills to troubleshoot performance issues and maintain the health of the database.
Be proactive and strive towards efficiency in delivering excellence to customer experience.
3. HL7 Interface Engineer:1.30PM10.30PM
- Must have handson experience in HL7 V2.3 standards and basic FHIR.
- Must have experience using Mirth application.
- Must have JAVAScript coding skills to troubleshoot and configure based on changes to customer workflow.
- Must have experience dealing with ADT ORM Scheduling DFT messages.
- Must have experience handling large scale migrations using mirth.
- Good experience in onboarding new customers and maintenance of largescale customers with multiple workflow configurations.
