Systems Administrator

What we are looking for

We are looking for a System administrator who will support our enterprise customers onsite in implementing our platform to make their lastmile logistics more efficient.

What does the job involve

Support:

• Provide onsite support for various users of our platform including riders drivers dispatch teams finance teams logistics and fleet managers.
• Address issues ranging from login problems to assisting users in adapting to the everyday use of the system.
• Assist in logging operational and planning information onto the system.

Driving Compliance:

• Collaborate with customers and the team to ensure compliance with agreedupon our technology usage.
• Monitor and enforce compliance measures such as ensuring drivers consistently use the app at the start and end of trips.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Cultivate strong relationships with operational teams to seamlessly support our customers.
• Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address concerns and optimize the customer experience.

Product Knowledge & Advocacy:

• Maintain an indepth understanding of our products/services to provide toptier support and insights to customers.
• Gather customer feedback proactively advocating for customer needs within the organization and contributing to product and service enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Proven technical proficiency and understanding of system administration principles.
• Knowledge of operating systems network protocols and hardware components.
• Familiarity with system security and data backup/recovery best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Experience with server administration and configuration.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell Bash) for task automation.
• Understanding of virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware HyperV).
• Certification in relevant areas such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or CompTIA Server is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to nontechnical users.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
