Job Description Summary

Installs configures and maintains midrange operating systems. Applies specific functional knowledge; working/general industry knowledge. Develops or contributes to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Works independently with some guidance; may review or guide activities of more junior employees. Bachelors degree and 24 years of directly related experience or Masters degree and 02 years directly related experience. Years of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree for certain roles. Certifications may be accepted in lieu of a degree for certain technical roles.

As a systems administrator on our project youll ensure the infrastructure is functional and available update and patch critical systems and maintain security. Youll help customers overcome tough challenges through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a missioncritical network. Your experience and communication skills will come in handy as you turn metrics into information and communicate their meaning. You Have:

1 years of experience as a Windows Systems Administrator

1 years of experience in networking and Cisco CLI

Experience working in a classified environment

Experience with Unix Linux Windows or Solaris

Ability to maintain enduser equipment

Ability to work shifts including nights weekends and some holidays as necessary

Secret clearance

Associates degree in IT CS or Cybersecurity and 3 years of experience in IT or Tier II Help Desk or 5 years of experience in IT or Tier II Help Desk in lieu of a degree

CompTIA Security Certification

Nice If You Have:

Experience with Active Directory

Experience in the military or supporting DoD programs

Experience creating Remedy tickets

Experience installing and maintaining IT computers and network equipment

Experience working with crypto devices

Knowledge of PKI and XACTA

Top Secret clearance
