Are you passionate about leading a team ensuring poolside safety and fostering a love for swimming I am seeking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to take on the role of Swim Manager in West London. As the Swim Manager you will be taking leadership of theswim teachers and developing the swim programme andmaintaining smooth poolside operations. The perfect candidate must possessLevel 2 Swim Teaching or NPLQ Qualified as a minimum.

Responsibilities:

• Manage swim teachers and effectively through training development and performance.
• Maintain efficient poolside operations ensuring safe systems of work standards are upheld and general maintenance/ repairs are logged and actioned.
• Handle membership and swim inquiries; optimising timetable efficiency to drive and achieve centre targets providing excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate leadership in duty management overseeing morning and evening shifts.
• Utilise your aquatic expertise to enhance the overall leisure experience by tracking measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of aquatic programmes customer demands and demographics including any water wellbeing initiatives.

Requirements:

• Previous Swim Teacher or Management experience
• NPLQ or Level 2 Swim Teaching as a minimum
• Background in aquatics preferably as a swim teacher is highly desired.
• Passion for leisure and promoting an active lifestyle.
• Ability to handle membership inquiries and manage swim pool space effectively.
• First Aid at Work
• Successful applicant will be required to undertake DBS check
