Are you passionate about Asian cuisine and ready to showcase your skills in a dynamic culinary environment
Our client a thriving Pan Asian restaurant Casual Dining style with buffet and takeaway options is seeking talented individuals to join their team in NorthRhineWestphalias bustling cities including Aachen M nster D sseldorf Cologne Bonn Oberhausen and Dortmund.
As a Sushi Chef you will play a key role in delivering highquality dishes to our discerning guests. From crafting beautiful sushi rolls to ensuring the smooth operation of our takeaway service you will be an integral part of our culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of sushi dishes to the highest standards of quality and consistency.
Ensure efficient operation of the sushi station during busy service periods maintaining cleanliness and organization at all times.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Requirements
Minimum of 34 years of experience as a Sushi Chef in a highvolume restaurant or takeaway operation.
Strong knowledge of Asian cuisine and sushi preparation techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment demonstrating efficiency and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Eligibility to work in Germany is a must.
Priority will be given to chefs already based in Germany.
Benefits
Salary:EUR/Net per month.
Accommodation is not provided so the candidates must be aware they need to take care of the housing by themselves.
