Supply Chain Management - Head

1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives to streamline the supply chain process encompassing procurement production planning inventory management and logistics to meet business objectives.
2. Lead and mentor the supply chain team fostering a culture of innovation collaboration and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including production procurement sales and engineering to align supply chain activities with product development and customer demand.
4. Forge and nurture strategic partnerships with suppliers negotiating contracts pricing and terms to ensure quality costeffective procurement of materials and components.
5. Implement robust inventory management practices to optimize stock levels reduce carrying costs and meet customer delivery requirements.
6. Oversee the implementation and enhancement of supply chain management systems and tools to enhance visibility tracking and reporting of key performance metrics.
7. Analyze supply chain data and trends to identify opportunities for process enhancement cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements.
8. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements industry standards and best practices in supply chain management.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends market dynamics and emerging technologies to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the lighting industry.
10. Drive a culture of excellence integrity and accountability within the supply chain team and across the organization.

1. Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferably B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum of 810 years of progressive experience in supply chain management with a strong technical background in the lighting industry.
3. Extensive knowledge of supply chain principles processes and best practices with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and cost optimization.
4. Exceptional leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire motivate and develop a highperforming team.
5. Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
6. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data derive insights and make datadriven decisions.
7. Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools such as ERP systems MRP systems and data analytics platforms.
8. Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the lighting industry.
