Job Description:

MUST HAVE GREAT PLAINS EXPERIENCE.

The supply chain buyer plans and executes procurement of raw materials from global suppliers. Develops and maintains strong working relationships and communications with wholesalers and key suppliers to confirm production/shipping schedules and ensure on1time deliveries. Assesses financial risk of purchases. Proactively report product and material availability issues. Coordinates inventory planning and replenishment of raw materials and components in conjunction with our program management teams. Attends trade shows product exhibitions and conferences to maintain an understanding of new products and trends. Other duties as requested.

Requirements:

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.Experience with Great Plains required.Three to five years experience is required. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills. Ability to function well in a highpaced and at times stressful environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
