POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Under the supervision of the Manager Properties and Commercial Development the selected candidate will provide the necessary support as a Supervising Office Assistant to manage leases permits license agreements and other legal documents. Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: coordinating the preparation and execution of various documents and agreements; maintaining up to date property records in SAP; documenting status reports and preparing other special reports such as active agreements tenant directory site visits insurance certificate and followups etc; timekeeping for the unit using Peoplesoft; ordering supplies; and preparing petty cash & expense accounts.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in processing Board items Memorandum of Justifications (MJ) and/or Authorizations (MA)
Experience with SAP and Peoplesoft (highly preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills with experience interacting effectively with all levels of internal staff and external tenants and contractors.
Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced high stress environment.
Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Demonstrated knowledge of PA administrative policies and procedures relating to timekeeping petty cash clerical and administrative functions.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft suite including but not limited to Word Excel Teams and Planner.
HIGHLY DESIRABLE:
Knowledge of SAP Flexible Real Estate Module
