Career Opportunity

MacBracey is looking to add a motivated Superintendent to join their growing team. A Superintendent should possess excellent communication skills to work closely with Project Managers and Clients to ensure the project remains on track and to establish an accurate timeline for completion. They should also be able to determine and address any risk areas to maintain the safety of workers.

The typical working hours are Monday - Thursday from 7AM- 5PM but subject to change.

Work site radius is within a 1.5-hour of Washington, PA.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of construction projects

Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed

Communicate project progress with clients and project managers

Manage subcontractors and construction site organization

Perform physical work on the jobsite

Requirements

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in construction area. Strong project management and communications skills are required. The ability to be a leader and run a small crew is necessary.

Carpentry experience preferred

Ability to read construction documents

Familiarity with regulatory construction standards

General knowledge in all areas of construction

Hands on experience with drywall, carpentry, plumbing, light electrical, etc.
