Bilingual Spanish AND English preferred
Job Description: Need a SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to help customer set up compensation for 2023 for both US and Mexico.
Job Requirements:
- Support for the Compensation Planning Process for US and Mexico o Clone existing template to support the new process for Mexico.
- Configure/Update the following -
- Lookup Tables
- Currency Conversion tables
- Eligibility Rules
- Salary Ranges
- Guidelines
- Clone the existing Compensation Statement and update configuration for the current process for Mexico.
- Review the existing RBP permission roles and groups and update accordingly
- Knowledge transfer of Admin functionality to support the Compensation Process
