Structural Engineer

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
  

• Design and analyze structural systems and components for various construction projects.
  
• Prepare technical drawings specifications and reports using drafting software such as MicroStation and Revit.
  
• Perform calculations and simulations using engineering software like Mathcad and FEA.
  
• Collaborate with architects contractors and other professionals to ensure structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
  
• Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and provide recommendations for repairs or modifications.
  
• Review project plans and specifications to identify potential design issues or conflicts.
  
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and drafters.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering
  
• Proficiency in drafting technical writing and communication skills
  
• Strong knowledge of structural analysis system design and project engineering principles
  
• Experience with software such as MicroStation Mathcad Revit and FEA
  
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations
  
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
