Responsibilities:
- Sign and seal Engineering Plans in the state of Florida
- Drafts and reviews all plans and specifications for commercial and residential projects to ensure compliance with city state and federal laws and regulations
- Initiates preconstruction conferences with contractors and/or developers and associated staff members
- Provides technical direction and assistance to inspection personnel relating to field pr
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
- Must have a Professional Engineer License (Must be valid in the following counties: Palm Beach Broward Miami)
- Must be able to sign and seal Engineering Plans in the state of Florida
- Must have a valid drivers license (active minimum 3 years)
- Must be able to pass drug screening and background check (clean record)
- Experience with Aluminum is a plus
