For our new branch in Zurich we are looking for you! A Strategist who wants to be part of a tightlyknit team working across disciplines and team boundaries to deliver industryshaping design and strategy solutions to businesses both in Switzerland and worldwide.

Tasks

Do what you love

As a Strategist you will combine qualitativequantitative research organizational and market analysis problemsolving and business planning methods into strategic recommendations. This role works in partnership with UX Design Service Design and Creative Technology.

• Design and revolutionize the digital platforms of tomorrow based on wellfounded methods specialist knowhow and creative flair
• You have an accurate sense of brands and their business challenges in the digital age.
• Look radically through the glasses of the user and develop valuecreating and innovative solutions that make our everyday life easier and above all better
• Conduct user and market research and turn insights into ideas
• Contribute to solve complex problems and create meaningful concepts for a fastpaced changing world
• You are a great storyteller with the ability to create a visualization of concepts

Requirements

What makes us curious

• You have at least 4 years of experience in the conception and implementation of UX and Service Design projects and solutions in a comparable environment.
• You contributed to innovation projects
• You have solid experience in creative processes supporting intellectual agendas and engaging senior clients
• You adopt apply and contribute to improving Manyones strategy frameworks and approaches
• Experience in creating convincing presentations and workshop setups and successfully representing them in front of the client
• You think analytically are solutionoriented and have a strategic approach.
• You are entrepreneurial and love understanding the world in all its colours and forms
• You call Switzerland your home :)
