Role Description

This is a fulltime onsite role located in Charleston SC for the Store Manager candidate responsible for overall management of the store to ensure efficient operations maximum sales and profitability. Key priorities include providing exceptional service and value to our customers meeting new product launch and service standards and building relationships with customers. The Store Manager candidate will have the opportunity to lead a dedicated team in a fastpaced and exciting environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail experience and strong knowledge of retail practices and procedures
• Prior experience in a leadership/supervisory role
• Experience delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring customer needs are met
• Strong analytical problemsolving and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours and occasionally travel if needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelors degree in business or related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage inventory and achieve store targets
• Ability to lead train and manage a team to reach common goals
