Store Manager fmd in Cookie Shop - full-time

Are you passionate about (vegan) cookies and coffee Were looking for a passionate Store Manager (f/m/d) to join our historical Dat Cookie shop #1 in the beautiful Rosenhfe (BerlinMitte)! We recently launched in December 2023 and quickly became a loved place for cookies and hot beverages.

As our Store Manager you will be the heart and soul of our shop. You will not only be responsible for the daytoday operations but also add your personal touch to our recipes and customer experience.

Starting date: as soon as possible

Tasks

• Baking and Coffee Making: You have a flair for baking and a passion for coffee. You will be handson in baking our signature cookies and brewing our specialty coffee ensuring each batch and cup carries our hallmark of excellence.
• Leadership: You will lead inspire and nurture our team of dedicated working students fostering a supportive and collaborative environment where everyone can flourish.
• Operational Excellence: From inventory management to maintaining impeccable shop standards you will ensure the smooth running of our cookie shop making strategic decisions to drive our success.
• Customer Delight: You are the face of our brand creating memorable experiences for our customers making them feel at home and ensuring they leave with a smile and a desire to return.

Requirements

• You have a proven track record in retail or hospitality management with a special love for the caf culture.
• Experience in baking and coffeemaking is a must; were looking for someone who can match our passion for quality and taste.
• A natural leader youre skilled at managing and motivating teams preferably with experience supervising parttime or student employees.
• Excellent communication skills fluency in both German and English is preferred to engage with our diverse clientele and team.
• A problemsolver flexible and adaptable ready to tackle the challenges of a dynamic business environment with a positive attitude.
