Your responsibilities

• Independent management of the store including full sales responsibility
• Lead recruit and inspire the sales team
• Ensure worldclass customer service through engaging advice and stories behind the artwork
• Analyze sales data and be responsible for store sales as well as continuously optimizing our KPIs
• Securing and supervising the exhibits from delivery to presentation including unpacking checking packing and stock management
• B2B acquisition of customers in the field of gastronomy architecture studios interior design studios medical practices offices etc
• We live multichannel: Active support of our customer:s via chat and video consultation

Your profile

• You bring several years of retail experience and inspire with passion and presence in sales
• You have already successfully managed a store or gallery team
• We do not require any previous knowledge in the art market we are rather interested in your personality and your passion & curiosity
• You inspire both customers and colleagues with your positive manner and proactive way of working
• You see the support of our customers after the sale as a great opportunity for customer loyalty
• You have fluent English and Spanish language skills
