Requirements
- More than 10 years of experience and at least 3-4 years as an Architect.
- Experience from software engineering, agile development, WoW and continues improvements.
- Experience and proven ability to design, develop and implement the architecture of modern applications based on emerging Microsoft technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with business-leaders/stakeholders and IT community.
- Should be able to evaluate, interpret and capture requirements, current state architecture of the enterprise and create future state and roadmap for the future enhancements accordingly.
- Collaborate with peer teams on responsibilities involving infrastructure, operations, enterprise architecture, security, networking etc.
- Experience in transforming legacy apps into modern intelligent apps and migrating on-premise applications to cloud.
- Be able to independently analyse and resolve production problems, identify potential issues to reduce technical debt, assess alternatives as appropriate and implement long-term solutions.
- Skills and experience in data gathering, research and analysis to develop insightful conclusions.
- Be able to provide technical guidance and coaching to junior architects/developers in the team, review deliverables, oversee progress and ensure consistency with standards, best practices, architectural and design guidelines.
- As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the planning, estimating, designing, coding, deploying and testing.
- Should have excellent problem solving and design thinking skills.
- Familiar with Agile Scrum methodologies/ ways of working, Agile tools, techniques and practices.
- Ensure usage of shared technical standards, tools, and platforms.
- Translate business requirements into IT architecture and describing it through.
- Proficient in selection of architecture and design artefacts.
- Experience in evaluation and recommendation towards automation improvement opportunities and Test automation framework.
- Proficient in .Net Framework, Asp.Net, C#, .Net Core, API development, Angular/React, Typescripts, JavaScript.
- Expert in SQL Server programming like SPs, Database Design and Implementation, Query Optimization.
- Proficient in DDD (Domain Driven Development), OpenShift, Azure Red Hat OpenShift, Docker, Azure DevOps.
- Expert in Sonarqube or similar code coverage tools.
- High level Understanding of infrastructure services, components and Integration solutions. using technologies like MQ, or other ESB and web/REST services.
