Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects from planning and design stages through to completion. Coordinate with project managers architects subcontractors and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Site Supervision: Oversee all onsite activities including but not limited to excavation foundation work structural framing MEP installations finishing work and landscaping. Ensure compliance with construction drawings specifications building codes and safety regulations.
Quality Control: Implement quality control procedures to ensure workmanship and materials meet project standards and specifications. Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to identify and address any deficiencies promptly.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules including critical path analysis and milestone tracking. Monitor progress against established timelines and take proactive measures to mitigate delays and bottlenecks.
Cost Management: Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates. Monitor project expenditures review contractor invoices and identify costsaving opportunities without compromising quality or safety.
Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to project teams including site engineers foremen and laborers. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment conducive to productivity innovation and continuous improvement.
Client Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients architects and consultants during the construction phase. Address client concerns provide progress updates and ensure open communication channels to maintain strong client relationships.
Safety Compliance: Promote and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures onsite. Conduct regular safety meetings inspections and training sessions to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
