SR SALES MARKETING MANAGER Control Panel

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets for control panel products
• Lead and coordinate the sales team to drive business growth and market penetration
• Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative strategies to expand the customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
• Lead product marketing efforts including pricing strategies product launches and promotional activities
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to recommend product enhancements or new product developments
• Collaborate with the product development team to ensure alignment between customer needs and product offerings
• Monitor and report on sales performance market trends and competitor activities
• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing team including setting clear objectives and performance expectations
• Ensure compliance with company policies industry regulations and quality standards

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing management particularly in the control panel industry
• Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of electrical control panel products and their applications
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinker with a focus on market expansion and revenue growth
• Ability to analyze complex market data and make datadriven decisions
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
• Knowledge of industry regulations and quality standards
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Certification in Sales or Marketing is a plus
