Description
Need someone who has Managed IT project budgets in the range of $2 to $15 million.
The Senior Project Manager will manage Reporting workstreams on Phase 2 of the Oracle OTC project. Candidate does not need to know Oracle but it would be a plus. Also ServiceNow is a plus.
Looking for someone that has been through a huge Launch and dealt with demanding hand holding support for any fall out from the Launch.
The project has 2 main needs:
#1. They are launching the new tablets in July. This person needs to be aligned with the training team the rollout and the development manager. This will include demanding vigilant support. Will also assist the Manager of the Oracle team staffing. Once the tablets are released there may be an all hands on deck and they may have a new team just for the fallout.
#2. They will be updating some old Oracle modules they installed 2 years ago and there will be UI changes. The PM will need to coordinate and support with the different teams.
Required Skills:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Experience managing successful largescale complex information technology projects. Manage all aspects of large complex enterprisewide software and infrastructure deployments.
- Define the vision scope and delivery timelines for technical deliverables.
- Experience managing system development efforts including all aspects of software development lifecycle hardware and software integration testing and deployment.
- Manage IT project budgets in the range of $2 to $15 million.
- Knowledge of PMBOK project management concepts and their application to management of large IT projects.
- Experience with vendor and contract management.
- Extensive experience in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules
- Experience creating and presenting detailed internal and external status reports and tailoring reports appropriately for presentation to the Executive Level.
- Experience working in multiclient and multivendor environment.
- Experience with user acceptance testing methodologies and documentation.
- Experience in delivering the project within the agreed schedule to the correct technical specification within the approved budget and other specified criteria.
- Experience with meeting facilitation and gathering requirements.
- Ability to lead the project team and effectively conduct the project to meet project objectives.
- Ability to influence others and hold accountable without direct authority.
- Supports work estimation process in support of development activities.
- Ability to analyze complex problems interpret operational needs and develop creative solutions in a technical environment.
