Greetings!!
We are looking for Sr. Project ManagerCivil with leading PMC for Kolhapur location.
Experience Min . 13 years Must have completed one end to end hotel (3 or 4 star) project recently .
Qualification B.E/BTech (Civil)
Lead the entire project managing contractors those who have managed the entire 3 star / 4star hotel project.
Must have fluent in Communication strong in documentation one man show & manage a team of 510 people
Marathi language is compulsory
Job Description Manage onsite construction activities like execution documentation billing etc.. Responsible for negotiating the contracts of subcontractors communicating with inspectors and architects and coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors etc.
