Sr. Data Analyst & AI/ML Engineer

• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, improve algorithms, backtest and provide daily, weekly stats reporting
  
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  
• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and use that information to make business decisions
  
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  
• Filter and clean data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  
• Work with AI and Machine Learning models to improve the accuracy of system using machine learning and AI tools.
  
• Scrapping data from different sources so as to use that information as a feature in AI and machine learning models.
  
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
  

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Data Analyst, AI Engineer or Business Data Analyst
  
• Classical Machine Learning & Deep learning model development experience.
  
• Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects etc), databases (SQL etc), programming (XML, Javascript)
  
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings
  
• Must have a proven background in web scraping, sentiment analysis and text data analysis.
  
• Should be proficient in python and have a strong background in data analysis visualization.
  
• BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
  

• Experience with Image Processing and NLP.
  
• Experience working with Fintech industry
  
• Experience working with blockchain technology
  
• Experience with cloud technologies
  
• Knowledge of Crypto trading/exchanges.
