Sr Business Analyst

• To independently research and quickly understand the new subject matter
  
• Providing business expertise, critical analytical skills, and initiative
  
• Clarification of business ideas to ascertain key product features to meet Client acquisition strategies and value proposition
  
• Produce advanced documentation to detail functional and non-functional requirements including drafting user stories, wireframes, and visualized workflows
  
• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are documented in the most appropriate method
  
• Engage stakeholders at various levels, from senior business leaders, and clients to technical teams
  
• Stakeholder management skills: exceptional ability to influence and be the trusted advisor
  
• Ability to take full responsibility for own work with little supervision
  
• Plan and undertake software upgrades and rollouts
  
• Experience across tools and understanding defect management with testing units and vendor
  
• Participate in application support for internal and external stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Must have excellent problem-solving/analytical skills
  
• Have a clear understanding and experience in software development methodologies
  
• Commercial experience in applying formal methodologies
  
• Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, intercultural, written and verbal) and superior client relation skills
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to run workshops and to communicate effectively with Product Managers, Developers, customers, and other stakeholders across the organization
  
• Knowledge of general application architecture, databases, and basic technical skills
  
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation and software requirements including user stories and acceptance criteria
  
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• Ability to work within set time frames and to meet deadlines
