Sr Associate - FP A

This is a remote position.

• Work with internal teams to build their annual budgets and forecasts
  
• Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business medium to long term financial and strategic plan
  
• Producing models to project long term growth and determine the impacting factors
  
• Commentary to the Leadership team
  
• Analyzing financial and operational results to better understand company performance through KPIs
  
• Developing online and realtime dashboards
  
• Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
  
• Communicate to senior management the reasons behind the product/department performance and results
  
• Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results vs the budget and previous period actual results
  
• Preparing business cases to support new investment strategic and other business decisions
  
• Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendations for improvement efforts
  
• Communicating results and recommendations to senior management for improvements that will lead to cost reduction and streamlining operations
  
• Ownership of the Fund Utilisation Certificate (FUC) process
  
• Support other Finance team members to achieve department goals
  

• MBA or CA / CA (Inter) with minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical experience
  
• Significant analytical skillset including the utilization of BI and reporting tools
  
• Strong quantitative abilities
  
• Able to solve complex problems
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build relationships
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
  
• High level of commercial acumen
  
• Advanced computer software skills including writing macros in Excel and other accounting packages including Tally ERP / Tally Prime
