The Moore Center is seeking a fulltime parttime or a perdiem Speech/Language Pathologist to join our FamilyCentered Early Supports and Services (FCESS) team providing speech therapy parent training developmental assessment service coordination and family support to infants and toddlers in their homes and other community settings who are enrolled in The Moore Center s FCESS Program. Serve as a service coordinator/case manager ensuring the coordination of all aspects of FCESS programming as outlined in the Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP) and facilitate effective communication among all IFSP team members.
This position requires a Master s degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders and a current State of New Hampshire Speech/Language Pathology license. Valid driver s license and access to a safe operating vehicle during scheduled working hours as well as professional experience working with young children and their families are also required.
