A perfect candidate for our Division President position is someone who works well under pressure, knows how to sell, and is passionate about leading a small group of individuals for tangible outcomes.
We are looking for someone to lead our Chicago land office as we create fresh spaces across the metro. The Division President will oversee the Chicago team, oversee logistics of the office, and will be directly involved in building business in the local market.
Job Details
Lead and manage the FBC Design and Production Process in Chicago market
Be directly involved in Business Development, including assisting the designer in selling remodeling projects
Oversee and chair Chicago office meetings
Oversee building lead sources, marketing, and business partnerships
Manage our relationships with trade partners and vendors
Coordinate company budget along with profit and loss management and review
Schedule and lead team-building initiatives and events
Coordinate facility maintenance and cleaning
Requirements
Minimum of two to three years of successful management and business development experience
Proven leadership aptitude, sales success, and coaching ability
Strong ability to develop partnerships, market new business, and grow a network for profitability
Experience with overseeing company culture, finances, and profit & loss
Comfortable with new technologies
Familiar in Excel and QuickBooks

Salary Range
85k to 110k
