**What We're Looking For:**
- NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
- Willingness to work shifts and some weekends on a rolling shift basis.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within a spa environment.
- Proficiency in all aspects of beauty therapy, with strong massage skills.
While not essential, experience in Hot Stone Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, and intimate waxing would be a distinct advantage.
**What Is On Offer:**
- Staff accommodation available at approximately £130 per week, conveniently deducted from your weekly wages.
- A competitive salary of £24,960 per annum (with OTE of £27,000 - £29,000).
- 4% treatment commission.
- 10% commission on retail sales.
