• Managing daily operation and scheduling duties for all employees.
• Daily briefing with staff;
• Assigning rooms and masseurs/ masseuses for treatment;
• Following Opening/Closing procedures of SPA;
• Taking care about hygiene and high standards of service in all areas of the place.
• Ensuring that all employees are following Company's rules and policies;
• Responsible for Sign In/ Out of employees (uniform, name tags, appearance);
• Welcoming guests, collecting Medical guest's info and getting feedback, solving problems;
• Communicating with Head Office about all issues happened during operation.
