Sourcing SpecialistManager

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and implementation of sourcing strategies
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet company objectives
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and performance metrics
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify sourcing needs and opportunities
• Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order issuance
• Monitor and report on supplier performance and compliance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing process

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain management business or related field
• 3 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
• Demonstrated knowledge of procurement best practices and sourcing techniques
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Proficiency in supplier relationship management and performance metrics
• Ability to analyze and interpret market data and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using procurement and supply chain management software
• Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams
• Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements in procurement
