Sourcing Specialist

Job Overview

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit qualified candidates for various positions within the organization
• Utilize multiple channels including job boards social media and networking to identify potential candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress through the recruitment process

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of relevant experience in sourcing or recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with shifting schedules
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools;
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience: At least 6 months of relevant experience

Work Schedule: Temporary hybrid arrangement with 34 days onsite; 1st month is 100% onsite weekends off; Shifting schedule.
