We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solution Architect to join our growing team. In this role you will play a pivotal role in designing developing and implementing a secure and scalable platform that serves as the foundation for our cuttingedge applications. You will also be responsible for architecting and overseeing the development of those applications ensuring they align with business needs technical feasibility and longterm vision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical requirements.
- Design and document a secure scalable and maintainable platform architecture that meets performance scalability and security objectives.
- Select and implement appropriate technologies for platform development considering factors like cloud platforms APIs databases and containerization.
- Lead the application development process defining architecture APIs and development standards for applications built on the platform.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure applications adhere to architectural guidelines and best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize the platform and applications for performance scalability and security.
- Stay uptodate on the latest trends and technologies in platform and application development.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of software design languages and architecture: This includes knowledge of various programming languages frameworks and design patterns used to build modern applications.
- Platform expertise: Solution architects need to be familiar with different cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) and onpremise infrastructure solutions.
- Security awareness: Security is paramount in todays IT landscape. Solution architects should have a strong understanding of security principles and best practices to design secure platforms and applications.
- Experience with DevOps principles: Understanding how development and operations work together is crucial for designing solutions that are maintainable and scalable.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or similar technical leadership role.
- Proven experience in designing and building scalable secure and maintainable software platforms.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP) is a strong plus.
- Indepth knowledge of application development methodologies (Agile Waterfall).
- Experience with various programming languages and frameworks.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
