Position Title: Solar Outbound Sales Representative
Work Setup: On site
Schedule: 10:00 PM 6:30 AM PH Time
Salary: Php 25000.00
JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A SOLAE OUTBOUND SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Your Responsibilities as a Solar Outbound Sales Representative would be:.
Source new opportunities through inbound leads and follow up appropriately.
Tracking customer contact lists explaining the benefits or advantages of services and obtaining payment information if necessary.
Understand customer needs and requirements and connect them to the US Sales team.
Meet appointment quotas per client requirements.
Make appropriate recommendations based on customer profiles and needs.
Upsell other products and services using customer profiles product usage and needs.
Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics.
Build lasting relationships with clients and other call center teams.
Take part in training and other learning opportunities.
Constantly seek ways how to improve performance.
Qualifications as a Solar Outbound Sales Representative:
BA/BS degree with a concentration in Marketing Promotions advertising sales or business administration or another similar field.
At least 1 year of industry sales experience.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills without an accent is essential.
Phone contact handling skills and active listening ability
Outbound sales experience but not essential.
Computer literate / Tech savvy.
Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively.
Initiative and a Can Do positive attitude.
Ability to work in a teambased environment.
Willing to work onsite in Clark Pampanga.
Willing to work on a night shift schedule.
