What Youll Do:

As a Solana Developer you will play a pivotal role in developing and deploying smart contracts to the Solana network collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring the security and reliability of smart contract code.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and deploying smart contracts to the Solana network.
• Collaborating with crossfunctional teams to define requirements and implement compressed NFT projects.
• Ensuring the security and reliability of smart contract code through thorough testing and code review processes.
• Troubleshooting and debugging issues related to smart contracts and compressed NFT projects.
• Driving strategic architecture and feature decisions.
• Creating implementing evaluating and verifying protocol improvements.
• Working with frontend and fullstack engineers to create products.
• Adopting code quality procedures to guarantee the Solana smart contract/programs readability best practices and maintainability.
• Testing smart contracts and programs in various settings.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in the Solana ecosystem and integrating new features and technologies into existing projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or any related field.
• 23 years of experience working with productionready Solana applications.
• Proficiency in Rust programming language.
• Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals.
• Familiarity with cryptographic principles and security best practices.
• Experience with compressed NFT standards (e.g. SPL Token standard) and knowledge of NFT marketplace dynamics.
• Experience working with Go developing JavaScript clients and familiarity with C C.
• Knowledge of Solanas architecture including its consensus mechanism (Proof of History) transaction processing model and scalability features.
