Job Description

Implements and supports software applications for end users.
Analyzes and documents business process.
Designs and implements business cycles and workflows.
Customizes reports using various reporting tools
Conducts systems training

Job Requirements

2-4 work experience.
BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
Experience with scripting and automation tools
Good analytical & debugging skills
Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
Microsoft Certification (MCSA) is a plus
