Software Engineer- ServiceNow IT Operations Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Specialist with expertise in Discovery and Service Mapping applications. The ideal candidate should possess indepth knowledge of CMDB OOB class structure CSDM process and overall proficiency in the ServiceNow platform.

The individual will be responsible for solution design integration and enhancement of applications as well as identifying and addressing gaps in existing solutions. Additionally the candidate should demonstrate the ability to mentor team members manage stakeholders effectively and hold certifications in CIS Discovery CIS Service Mapping and ITIL. Experience in large organizations managing multiple Service Management tools is a plus.

Mandatory Skills:

Experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM focusing on Discovery and Service Mapping applications.

Certified in CIS Discovery CIS Service Mapping ITIL Certified
