We is looking for a Backend Engineer who can help in growing its Cloud GTM SaaS solution. The ideal candidate should
have a proven track record of building a B2B SaaS product during its phase of rapid growth. High ownership figuring things
out on their own deep product sense and building enterprise grade SaaS product are some of the critical requirements for
this role.
Design develop and maintain scalable and highperformance backend systems that support business goals
Develop data models schemas and tech specs to support the applications functionality
Contribute to the architectural decisions for the backend infrastructure
Create and maintain APIs to power the product with APIs as firstclass citizen approach
Collaborate with team members to conduct code reviews provide constructive feedback and ensure best practices
Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency
Maintain publicfacing technical and API documentation
Collaborate with crossfunctional stakeholders including frontend engineers product managers and designers
Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability security and reliability of our systems
Contribute to product implementations and support by working closely with implementations and customer success PoCs
Preferred Experience
Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science
Proficient in Python for backend development
Experience with Git for version control
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
Familiarity with Dango will be a plus
Experience in building B2B SaaS products will be a plus.
