- Manage a team of full-stack software developers and automation engineers
- Lead your team in a quality-oriented Agile development process
- Own the design, implementation, quality, and schedules for your team in the development of industry-leading payment solutions
- At least 5 years of experience as a development manager leading a team of 5 or more
- Agile development experience
- Proficiency in full stack development, preferably windows – some combination of C#/Java, SQLServer, Angular/React, etc.
- Full proficiency in English
