Software Development Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related fields. Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in software development with expertise in Python or NodeJS (Ideally Both).
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
• Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS Azure) is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of 2 to 6 software developers providing guidance mentorship and support to ensure project success.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements timelines and deliverables.
• Architect design and develop highquality software solutions using Python and NodeJS.
• Conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and performance optimization.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues providing timely resolutions to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the team.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
