Overview:

The role of a Soft Skill Trainer is crucial in enhancing the interpersonal skills communication abilities and overall professional development of employees within the organization. Soft skill trainers play a pivotal role in shaping the work culture and productivity by improving the soft skills of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting soft skills training sessions for employees at all levels.
  • Developing training programs and materials tailored to the specific needs of different departments.
  • Assessing the training needs of individuals and teams within the organization.
  • Providing feedback and coaching to employees to improve their soft skills.
  • Creating and delivering workshops on communication leadership teamwork and conflict resolution.
  • Measuring the effectiveness of training programs through assessment and feedback.
  • Collaborating with department heads to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
  • Staying updated on industry best practices and incorporating them into training programs.
  • Supporting the implementation of soft skills training into performance management processes.
  • Using various teaching methods such as roleplaying simulations and team exercises.
  • Maintaining accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Managing training logistics including scheduling and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Education Psychology Communication or related field.
  • Proven experience as a soft skill trainer or a similar role.
  • Excellent understanding of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess training needs and design effective programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Certification in training and development is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using training aids and technology such as PowerPoint and elearning platforms.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to training with the ability to modify programs based on feedback.
  • Proactive organized and detailoriented with strong time management skills.
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation and talent management processes.
  • Experience in creating and delivering training materials tailored to different job functions.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Passion for helping individuals develop and maximize their potential.
