Social Worker - LMSW - Adult Behavioral Health

Seasoned Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker with a focus on Adult Behavioral Health to join our team. As a Social Worker in this role you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of adults facing behavioral health challenges. This position requires a license as a Master of Social Work (LMSW) and a deep understanding of adult behavioral health treatment and support.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments of individuals with behavioral health concerns developing treatment plans providing counseling and therapy and coordinating care with other members of the healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and a strong knowledge of evidencebased practices in adult behavioral health.

Education: Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Licenses/Certifications: Current license as a Master Social Worker (LMSW) in the state of Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in adult behavioral health.
Skills:

• Knowledge of evidencebased practices in adult behavioral health.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to provide individual and group counseling or therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
