A Day In The Life Of A Social Media Strategist

Consumer insights Digitalfirst strategies & Creative solutions. Your life should begin with numbers and end with application. We are looking for someone who is excited about the numbers on social media and distilling them into intuitive solutions.
If you love spending most of your waking hours digging into current benchmark trends and audience preferences strategizing media campaigns you are data savvy and come up with concepts that engage you are the right fit.
Daily research on social media platform updates and trends and synthesize them to use in creative ideation with the design and creative teams
We ll highfive you if you:
- Know social media acronyms and abbreviations like the back of your palm to mingle with Gen Z and millennials and even boomers.
- Know the difference between FB IG LI YT and TW for the start and can oversee each account
- Collaborate with other teams like SEO marketing sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency is always met
- Have Excel/ Google Suite and Presentation making skills
- Capable of presenting ideas to the clients effectively with minimal supervision from senior management
We re not looking for a ninja. We are looking for a NERD who can:
- Synthesize information and communicate with various teams and be highly organized whilst optimize systems and processes
- Utilize Analytics to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of various aspects of the campaign such as community traffic conversations and engagements leads and conversions.
- Monitor digital & new media industry trends and competitor offerings to identify potential business avenues and improve current offerings that lead to better value for customers and higher financial value for Story Digital.
- Maintain accurate client records keeping track of finances on the brand.
