Social Media Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at Crescent Realty. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness drive traffic to our website and generate leads. You will also be responsible for managing all social media channels creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our social media campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategy to increase brand awareness and drive traffic
• Create and manage content for all social media channels including Facebook Instagram Twitter and LinkedIn
• Monitor and respond to comments and messages on social media platforms
• Analyze performance metrics and provide reports on social media campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing team to create cohesive marketing campaigns

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for a real estate company or similar industry
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
